Refund Policy

 

Design Services (Policy in effect as of November 25, 2021)

 

Evetta Made It does not provide refunds for any services. Once a payment has been made, the project will begin in the time frame provided.

If for any reason you want to cancel a service that is your choice a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Evetta Made It.


In the event that Evetta Made It is unable to complete a project, you will receive a full refund.


Information required for Design Services must be emailed to hello@evettamadeit.com within 2 Business Days of ordering, failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order along with a 50% cancellation fee. Please read product descriptions and make sure you have the required items ready BEFORE checking out. Once you agree to the terms at checkout you agree to this policy.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Design services, digital downloads, and /or templates can not be refunded for any reason. 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
